A New Plan

First of all for those of you who are interested Blind Nymph has been updated in more ways than one!  Thanks to my awesome beta Eclectic Pet we have gone over the whole story to fix my horrible errors!  She has also convinced me to start posting that story on AFF as well for my readers who have mostly focused on that website.  It will be posted on AFF on a weekly bases starting today with chapter 1.  For those of you who read it here or on FF.net I have posted Chapter 6: Nothing is Free which you can find right away!  Woo Hoo!

Now on to my actual evil plan!  Over the last month or so I have been working on giving myself a bit of a buffer for new chapters.  I have enough now that I plan to start trying to post a chapter weekly.  I will be posting new chapters each Sunday morning.  It may be sporadic what story I am working on, but I am going to strive to have something new to read on a weekly bases!  This weeks chapter is obviously Blind Nymph, next week will more than likely be some different.  I hope everyone enjoys the new system!

My muse likes digital chococlate

I am still on a roll it seems and I have to thank my beta Eclectic Pet for it.  She has been offering my muse flowers and chocolate over the interwebs and it has been working!  I have finished chapter 21 to Smell of Submission and I am already working on chapter 22!  I am also working on some side protects that I have decided not to post until I have a better lead on them.  For those of you who are interested, there will be a new Blind Nymph chapter coming out soon as well!

Egg Hunt Finished

There is nothing more satisfying to me than finishing something.  My interests vary, so I can’t really just say it is about finishing a story.  No, this is about finishing any work of art or craftsmanship.  In this moment I an enjoying the satisfaction of finishing this short story.  I am enjoying more the fact that there is no sequel and I am well and truly done with it.

Many times when I finish one of my stories I already have in mind what the next story in that series is.  There are three stories in the Face of Evil series, three in the Quidditch Lessons series, at the moment I think there may be five in the Smell of Submission series.  So none of those stories will truly be done anytime soon.  For some you may be thinking YAY, I get to read more and more about a particle set and world!  Others may think that I write too much about particle characters.  But I just look forward to the day when I don’t have 7 stories in my brain waiting to be written… though I kind of doubt I will ever get there.

Egg Hunt Continues

So at the moment it seems that my muse really likes my beta Eclectic Pet.  She requested that I continue this story in a timely manor and suddenly I am almost done with The Egg Hunt as a whole.  Chapter 3 has been posted, and 4 is in the editing stage, while five is being written.  Five should be the last chapter, so it is almost done.

Egg Hunt News

So I know I said I would have the second chapter to you a lost sooner than this, but my muse wouldn’t tell me what happened next.  Now, she seems to be very excited about this story, I think it is because she is a perv… Shh don’t tell her I said that.  Not only do I have chapter 2 for you today, but chapter three is already it is editing stage!  Now I thought this was going to be a 4 chapter story, but it seems it is going to be five chapters.

Slower than I like

I just posted a new chapter to Smell of Submission which you can find here: SoS Chapter 20: A New Order.  I would like to thank my beta, Eclectic Pet, again for her help with making my writing better!

I know many of you wish I would update some of the stories I have more, and if I am honest, so do I.  A combination of life and the way my muse is inspired just limits what I can post and do well.  I don’t want to just post to post, a new chapter has to be something I like and am proud of…

Anyway, that is my rant for the day.. Hope you enjoy the update.

New Chapter and plot bunnies breeding

First of all, I am sure you all are interested in the fact that I have updated Smell of Submission and you can find Chapter 19: Treasure’s Place by clicking the link or in the header at the top of the page.

As many of you who have been reading my work on other sites for a while… I have a real problem with plot bunnies breeding and multiplying.  I have been trying to keep their production under control by focusing my attention on a few stories and restricting myself from writing (or at least posting) any new story ideas I have until the only ones are done.

My muse on the other hand likes to feed and water any plot bunny that comes along.  She often gets mad at me for not paying attention to what she wants me to pay attention to.  So I have been writing and developing a few stories I do not plan to post for a while, just to keep her happy. I also plan to write holiday stories this year starting with Easter!  They will all be one to three shots each depending how long it takes me to tell the story.

This is just a list of my stories that are active and ones that are waiting on the sidelines for anyone who is interested.

On a roll!

Hey everybody.

I have just post Chapter 18 for Smell of Submission so I am feeling pretty good right now!  Actually I posted both 17 and 18… but I have actually had 17 done for a while and had not realized it had not been posted here yet.  I am currently working on several other chapters to a few of my stories and hope to have something new again by next week!

I also have other great news for those of you who enjoy reading my work, but keep getting annoyed by my horrible grammar mistakes!  I have a new beta!  Eclectic Pet has been very kind to offer to beta my work for me and I think she is doing an awesome job.  I reposted my most recent chapter of Face of War after she fixed my errors, and chapter 18 of Smell of Submission has also benefited from her eye!

On a side note, I was thinking about trying my hand at writing some holiday fics this year. Do you think you guys would enjoy reading them?

Back in Action

I am back!  And I think you will be getting a lot more updates from me in coming days.  Sorry it has been so long, but stupid life has gotten in the way of my writing… as it does.  Between ending school, all the family crap for the holidays, running an event at a local con and moving… (Yeah I have done a lot since I saw you guys last…) I didn’t have much time to write.  But now that is all behind me so I hope to update again soon!
