Sorry this is late everyone, I mean it isn’t late cause it is still Sunday, but it is late at night… Well not super late here… Later than I usually post 😛 Anyway here is the next chapter of Smell of Submission! It has been a long weekend… and not in the good way.
So about the Sunday Updates. I know there was no update on this site last week, but I have a reason! I have decided I will be trying to post on Smell of Submission and Blind Nymph exclusively until at least one of those stories are done. That being said I also want to get all the websites that share stories on the same page before going further. That means that I will only be posting here on the weeks I have a Smell of Submission update. Which should be every other week if my plan goes right.
That being said you get a reward of two chapters this week! First I have posted Chapter 24: Collars on Smell of Submission. Second I have posted a new side chapter to Smell of Submission as well. Side: Queen’s Rules can be found under Smell of Submission and goes with the new chapter.

Writing is hard. Writing for me is taking out a little bit of who I am and showing it to anyone who wants to see. Well at least when I post what I write on the web it is. Which is just about everything I write. I don’t keep a journal, well I do… but you are reading right now… so does that count? Every time I post a new chapter, or even blog post I get this little nervous feeling about how people are going to see me because of what I have said. I hide behind my pen name so that if you have a problem with what I have said, the worst you can do is send me a nasty comment or review. But honestly… that is the worst thing I can imagine happening. I’ve talked about in a pervious post what I do with reviews and how I deal with negative ones so I won’t go into that again. But it is something that is always on my mind.
Writing is easy. As many of my readers know (Not that I really think I have many readers) I have a lot of ideas about things I want to write. I and others call these ideas plot bunnies. I have a word doc named Story Ideas in it I put a quick summary tittle and any other info I think I will need in outline form. In this outline I have 22 different tittles. Some of these tittles are finished and are crossed out, others are currently being written and posted, some have not been touched while others have separate docs full of notes. So really I am never really have a lack of ideas.
Dreams are painful. Katharine Whitehorn said “Find out what you like doing best and get someone to pay you for doing it.” When what you like doing best is writing that is a very hard thing to do. Honestly I would love to make writing my work and my life. I would love to write more original fiction and making a living at it. I’m not even talking about becoming rich and famous. I would love to make ends meet with my writing. That is my secret dark dream that I don’t really say too loudly because it hurts to much. I’ve had this dream for as long as I can remember. There are family stories about how I used to tell stories that never ended. I never writing little things on our first family computer back when I was 8 or 9. If you have gotten this far in my post you may be asking why the dream hurts so much? The simple answer is, I know I am not good enough.
Why I post. I post my work to share it and get feedback. There is nothing that makes me feel more pleased than knowing someone is reading what I have written. When I post on this website, I can’t help but look at the numbers on hits and views and I find myself checking out the websites stats. When I post two FF.net I smile at every follow or favorite as well as every review. (Not including negative reviews) When I post to AFF.org I find myself glancing to how the “views” count has gone up since I posted my last chapter.
What I write. I write the stories I want to read. Though I find it odd I do this, because I don’t get the same pleasure out of reading my own work that I get out of reading others. This is for a couple reasons I think. First, nothing surprises you when you know how it ends and sometimes that is half the fun. Second, I’m not as good as the writers I enjoy. Back to what I write. Much if my all of my fiction as a bit of Dom/sub context to it. The only exception I can think to this fact is Blind Nymph, it is oddly lacking in the BDSM department. Even other stories that I write which I consider non erotic have Dom/sub elements such as my Face series. I enjoy reading about strong subs so I write about them. I enjoy reading about Evil or Dark Doms so I write about them. But a lot of times I feel in the minority.
I think my rant is done now… Hope it wasn’t too confusing.
So it seems I forgot to update the blog that time I finished a chapter for Smell of Submission. Sorry guys… <.< >.< Don’t hurt me? Because I am a ditz I am correcting the error now and have added TWO new Chapters. Enjoy!
First of all for those of you who are interested Blind Nymph has been updated in more ways than one! Thanks to my awesome beta Eclectic Pet we have gone over the whole story to fix my horrible errors! She has also convinced me to start posting that story on AFF as well for my readers who have mostly focused on that website. It will be posted on AFF on a weekly bases starting today with chapter 1. For those of you who read it here or on FF.net I have posted Chapter 6: Nothing is Free which you can find right away! Woo Hoo!
Now on to my actual evil plan! Over the last month or so I have been working on giving myself a bit of a buffer for new chapters. I have enough now that I plan to start trying to post a chapter weekly. I will be posting new chapters each Sunday morning. It may be sporadic what story I am working on, but I am going to strive to have something new to read on a weekly bases! This weeks chapter is obviously Blind Nymph, next week will more than likely be some different. I hope everyone enjoys the new system!
I am still on a roll it seems and I have to thank my beta Eclectic Pet for it. She has been offering my muse flowers and chocolate over the interwebs and it has been working! I have finished chapter 21 to Smell of Submission and I am already working on chapter 22! I am also working on some side protects that I have decided not to post until I have a better lead on them. For those of you who are interested, there will be a new Blind Nymph chapter coming out soon as well!

There is nothing more satisfying to me than finishing something. My interests vary, so I can’t really just say it is about finishing a story. No, this is about finishing any work of art or craftsmanship. In this moment I an enjoying the satisfaction of finishing this short story. I am enjoying more the fact that there is no sequel and I am well and truly done with it.
Many times when I finish one of my stories I already have in mind what the next story in that series is. There are three stories in the Face of Evil series, three in the Quidditch Lessons series, at the moment I think there may be five in the Smell of Submission series. So none of those stories will truly be done anytime soon. For some you may be thinking YAY, I get to read more and more about a particle set and world! Others may think that I write too much about particle characters. But I just look forward to the day when I don’t have 7 stories in my brain waiting to be written… though I kind of doubt I will ever get there.

So at the moment it seems that my muse really likes my beta Eclectic Pet. She requested that I continue this story in a timely manor and suddenly I am almost done with The Egg Hunt as a whole. Chapter 3 has been posted, and 4 is in the editing stage, while five is being written. Five should be the last chapter, so it is almost done.

So I know I said I would have the second chapter to you a lost sooner than this, but my muse wouldn’t tell me what happened next. Now, she seems to be very excited about this story, I think it is because she is a perv… Shh don’t tell her I said that. Not only do I have chapter 2 for you today, but chapter three is already it is editing stage! Now I thought this was going to be a 4 chapter story, but it seems it is going to be five chapters.
